Privacy Policy
MyTube Studio is an internal content management and publishing tool used to manage and publish owned or licensed video content to authorized YouTube channels.
Information We Collect
When a user authorizes the application through Google OAuth, we may receive and store authorization information needed to connect authorized YouTube channels. The application may also store channel identifiers, upload task records, video metadata, thumbnails, captions, task logs, and operational status information.
How We Use Information
We use this information only to provide upload and publishing functions, including video upload, thumbnail upload, caption upload, metadata management, scheduled publishing, task tracking, troubleshooting, and security auditing.
Google API Services
MyTube Studio uses YouTube Data API Services for authorized upload-related operations. The application's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Data Sharing
We do not sell user data. We do not share OAuth tokens or Google credentials with outsourced operators or external users. Access to channel operations is controlled by role-based permissions inside the application.
Security
OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not exposed to end users. We use access controls, audit logs, and operational safeguards to reduce unauthorized access and misuse.
Data Retention and Deletion
Upload task data and temporary files may be retained for operational troubleshooting and may be deleted when no longer needed. Users may request deletion of stored authorization data by contacting us. Users may also revoke the application's Google access from their Google Account permissions page.
Prohibited Uses
The application is not used for artificial engagement, automated comments, likes, subscriptions, spam uploads, scraping private data, or unauthorized access to third-party channels.
