1. Authorized Use
BaiYi Studio is provided for authorized internal content operations. Users must only access channels and data assigned to them.
2. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded videos, thumbnails, captions, titles, descriptions, and metadata are lawful, authorized, and compliant with applicable platform policies.
3. Connected Accounts
Administrators may connect channels through Google OAuth. Users must not connect accounts or channels without proper authorization.
4. API Services
BaiYi Studio uses YouTube API Services to perform authorized operations such as video uploads, caption uploads, thumbnail settings, metadata updates, and public data refreshes. Users must comply with all applicable platform terms and policies.
5. Local Records
BaiYi Studio may keep local task records for operational tracking. Removing a local record does not automatically remove the corresponding video from the connected platform.
6. Restrictions
Users must not misuse credentials, bypass permission controls, upload unauthorized content, or attempt to access data outside their assigned channels.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated as BaiYi Studio evolves.
