Terms of Service

MyTube Studio is an internal CMS and publishing workflow tool for managing owned or licensed video content on authorized YouTube channels.

Authorized Use

Users may use the application only to manage YouTube channels they own or are authorized to operate. Users are responsible for ensuring that all uploaded videos, thumbnails, captions, titles, descriptions, and metadata comply with applicable laws, copyright rules, YouTube policies, and Google API Services policies.

Content Rights

Users must only upload content that they own, have licensed, or are otherwise authorized to publish. The application must not be used to upload infringing, unauthorized, misleading, harmful, or spam content.

Google and YouTube Policies

Use of this application must comply with the YouTube Terms of Service, YouTube Community Guidelines, YouTube API Services Terms of Service, and applicable Google policies.

Prohibited Activities

The application may not be used for artificial engagement, automated comments, likes, subscriptions, spam uploads, scraping private data, unauthorized channel access, or any activity that violates YouTube or Google policies.

OAuth Authorization

Channels are connected only after the channel owner or authorized manager grants permission through Google OAuth. OAuth tokens are stored server-side and are not provided to outsourced operators or external users.

Service Availability

The application is provided for internal operational use. We may update, suspend, or modify the service for maintenance, security, compliance, or technical reasons.
